We were lucky to gain yet another summer-like weekend, in mid October. Since I had been gone for awhile, Dean and Owen were eager to show me how our house is coming along. Here is Dean and Owen upstairs, in Owen's future bedroom.
Then, it was out on the boat (or "Hubba) as Owen calls it. Look at how beautiful the colors are on the lake right now, absolutely breathtaking!
As always, Owen gets to drive!
You may think that the water would be too cold for swimming...
But not for these two. They played in the water for a good half hour. The water temp was still 61-62 degrees!
Dean got his workout playing motorboat...
Owen couldn't get enough of it!

I loved seeing your photos. Your brother Ryan gave me the link to it. I love you new house that you are building. It looks fantastic! What lake is it on? I'm living out in Rochester, NY now. We just moved with our three kids from Colorado. We were there for 8 years. Loved it! I'm just wondering when the snow is going to melt here. Today in CO was 70 degrees. Great to see you're doing so well. Good luck with baby two, it will be awesome!
