Christmas Week 2010!

Wow, what a great Christmas we had at the Adams' Household.  The kids really enjoyed their gifts from Santa and had a blast playing with all of their cousins, all 12 of them!

We'll start with pictures of our own family Christmas...

Early Christmas Morning, very early, after Santa came and assembled his gifts to the kids
Santa's Gift to Sophie- a Petite Retro Kitchen

Santa's Gift to Owen: A Thomas Train set with a "big, big bridge"
Ornament of the Year- literally our whole year has been CARS!

Stocking Stuffers, new DVD's!!!
We'll back up a bit, to Christmas Eve.  We spent the day with our extended Adams Family and were especially excited for The Kirbys to join us this year.  We were also very happy to have Uncle Brian home this year (last year he was in Moldova).

Sophie was intrigued with Ma Mai's water bottle

Sophie got her first set of silly bands from Aunt Kathryn- a huge hit!
All the kids got Asian outfits from Ma Mai and Ta Tai

Christmas Day we celebrated with Grandma Nancy, Grandpa Jim and Vavore.  We were able get a nice family picture before our Prime Rib dinner, and also before I went to work.

The Plum Family gathering started on the 28th of December and lasted until New Years Day.  It was definitely crazy at times, but overall we had a great time!  This is the first gathering with ALL of us, as our newest niece was born on Christmas Day, Molly Anne Plum.  We were especially excited for little Sophie to have a girl cousin to play with in the upcoming years.  How cool is it to have Sophie Ann born on Christmas Eve and Molly Anne born on Christmas day!

2 Grandparents, 10 parents and 12 grandchildren (all 5 years and younger!)

Possibly the highlight of the week- Plum Family Ski Outing.  We took all the "big cousins" on their first downhill ski adventure.  If you are on Facebook, there is a great movie of the excursion on there, for now I'm having a hard time uploading to the blog.

We also took a trip to the indoor skate rink and Owen went ice skating for the first time!
