The last month has been one of the busiest months of my life! Yes, even busier than the weeks before my wedding! We have been working hard getting our house done in time for the Parade of Homes, going on now in the Traverse City Area. We have many people to thank- too many to write on the blog. Of special mention are the family in the following picture. We had a mass cleaning effort the weekend before the Parade started, and we had family travel from all over the state just to help clean the houses of construction dust.
Not shown in this picture are those that have helped take care of our kids while Dean and I were completely consumed in house preparation. Nate and Julie welcomed our kids into their home for several days and nights. Grandma Nancy has had our kids for at least one day each of the last 3 weekends and some special friends The Bobrowski's (who live down the street from the new houses) have taken in the kids a couple times for us. We would have never gotten the houses done if it weren't for all these people!
Moving Day was last week Tuesday and we had great group of friends show up to help us unload our semi-trailer full of stuff into our detached garage. Thanks to all of our great friends! Missing from the photo below is Mike Annelin, Tony Steeno and my brother Nate. We got done in two hours!

The Parade of Homes has started. Both Bay Area Contracting Houses are complete and we have been getting great reviews so far. Come check us out!

The house looks beautiful, Dean & Trish! Perfect for raising your two cuties. You're living my dream...jobs in T.C. plus a house on the lake. I'm sending lots of love to both of you!
