Our Big Boy turned 2 years old yesterday. We had two gatherings, one with family this past Sunday, and another with friends yesterday. We had a beautiful day on Sunday, the weather was great and the BBQ tasted so good.
Owen loved it when we sang Happy Birthday to him. He also loved trying to blow out his candles. Trying is the operative word, we had to call in the backup after several tries.
Cousin Ally was quick to step up to the plate and help...
Sophie enjoyed being outside... she was her usual happy self while being held by everyone. Here's "Vivore" and Aunt Kathryn hangin with Soph.
At the end of the party we used the brilliant green grass as a back drop for some photos.

Drew didn't cooperate as well as Ally would have liked, so she held her little cousin Owen in her lap instead
Then it was time to say goodbye, and Ally had to give Owen a hug

I didn't realize it until I went to do this post, but I only took a couple of pictures from our Cinco de Mayo party at La Senorita. We had about 25 of our friends meet us there to help us celebrate- it was a great time!
