Although we spent most of the weekend working at the construction site, we did take a few hours on Monday to hang out. The highlight was going out to the lake and taking Sophie (and cousin Charlie) on their first boat ride!
Like last year, Owen pretty much spends his time on the boat on daddy's lap driving... its just getting harder to keep him touching the throttle.
After the boat ride we played on the beach and grilled hot dogs.

Arbutus is already warm enough to play in. In our shallow water the temperature is in the mid to upper 60's! Owen even jumped off the dock with daddy!
